The instructors for Magpul's training division wanted a 1911 grip with advanced features, improved control characteristics, and Magpul value. These grips were designed with their input and testing.
Constructed of heavy-duty reinforced polymer, MOE 1911 Grip Panels have a unique diamond-shaped cross section to prevent twisting in the hand, aggressive magazine release cut-out, positive anti-slip texture, and are compatible with ambidextrous safeties. The grips are designed to fit full size framed 1911s with standard grip screw bushings.

Created as an evolution of the original MOE 1911 Grip Panels, the 1911 Grip Panels with TSP texture offers the user a more aggressive texture allowing for better control of the weapon in all environments.Constructed of heavy-duty reinforced polymer, the grips have a unique diamond-shaped cross section to prevent twisting in the hand, an aggressive magazine release cut-out, aggressive TSP texture (Trapezoidal Surface Projections) for positive control, and are compatible with ambidextrous safeties. The grips are designed to fit full size framed 1911s with standard grip screw bushings.

The Tactical Diamonds are the response to those who like the texture of a traditional Double Diamond grip but don't like the big diamond pattern around the screw holes. Keep in mind these are very grippy due to the fact that we can cut the diamond pattern a lot sharper in the G10.

Speeding up your magazine insertion is one of the things to beat the competition. Also the grip with the Magwell feels beter. About the grips , they indeed need to be the short ones.

GRIPS CZ SHADOW 2 long checker
- For Standard 2011 and Open guns
Grips for the CZ Shadow 2 and SP-01 models, long version with checkering in Thick (79 grams) which adds 4 mm in thickness to the gun compared to Thin grips (49 grams).
Colored Aluminium grips for CZ Shadow 2 and SP-01 models in long version with checkering that is extremely grippy.
The checkering is CNC cut in the surface and has straight angles and is circular ( 360° directional grip) , therefore has more grip than any other on the market.
Matching the color is difficult on the picture due to no uniformity in devices so please look for the color on the group picture for closest resemblance of the original color.
Long grips are for guns that do NOT have a Magazine funnel fitted
Short grips are for guns that have a Magazine funnel fitted.

We always have requests for an aggressive grip for the tactical members and weekend match goers. Something with a little bite. This is what we came up with, a big old nasty 5 dpi (diamond per inch) grip, made in G10. The Diamond Backs are by far the most aggressive grips we produce. We wouldn't recommend them for all day carry, but some do and swear by them.
These grips are a result of the success the VZ FRAG Pattern had in some of our 1911 grips. It only made sense to try it on the CZ 75, and it turned out really nice. They offer a nice medium texture that provides you with plenty of grip. The border on the edge of the grip gives you a nice smooth finish and really accents that VZ FRAG pattern well.

The DAA Carbon 1911 Grips are 0.250 inch thick panels which create a surface that provides the flawless grip so critical for recoil control. The carbon offers a striking hi-tech appearance, and unparalleled durability. The tactical design includes a wide, deep, thumb cutaway which allows you unrestricted access to any mag-catch installed on your 1911. The CNC machined Carbon material is light weight extremely touch and is totally resistant to oils and solvents. These carbon grip panels offer not only improved performance when shooting your 1911, but also an attractive dark-colored carbon “techy” appearance. Each set include 4 stainless steel torx screws, with a custom head design, a torx key and are packed in a display-friendly blister-pack.
These are the same basic design as the original Operators™, we just replaced the large aggressive checkering next to the front strap with an aggressive golfball pattern. We have also added a thumb recess for the magazine release. This is a very functional grip for the tournament shooter or those in the tactical high speed environment.
