The Shell Sorter™ is a simple product designed to reduce the time spent sorting brass by caliber, allowing you to enjoy more time reloading and shooting.

The Sorter simply sits on top of a common 5 gallon bucket, with a few shakes your brass is sorted by caliber. The Shell Sorter™ is comprised of three pans designed to sort several common calibers.

The three main calibers that most reloaders sort are 45 ACP, 40 S&W, and 9mm. We have labeled the sorters according to those three main calibers. The sorters do sort many more calibers!

The fastest way to sort is to stack all three of the pans together with the yellow pan on top, and the black on the bottom, in that way all your brass is sorted at the same time.

If you sort before tumbling as is recommended, most shells that are inside of each other will come apart with the shaking and are sorted correctly. However, if you tumble first, those are likely to jam together with small bits of media, and sometimes those require pliers.

The sorters can also take the place of your media sifter. Just tumble, pour your brass into the appropriate sorter(s), shake a bit, your media is in the bucket, and your brass is ready for the next step.

You can use this on the range so that you only bring home brass in the calibers that you reload.

The Shell Sorter™ is made of ABS, a very strong plastic which will give a lifetime of service. We placed a sorter underneath a car tire, and it didn't break or distort! In fact, it still worked!

Always wear gloves and a dust mask when working with used brass because of the levels of lead dust present.

Dillon's CV-2001 Vibratory Case Cleaner is the largest in the industry. Its 12-1/2 quart bowl capacity will allow you to polish up to 1,300 .38/.357 or 550 .30-06 cases per hour.
Not only is our capacity greater, but our motor is larger in horse power, internally cooled, thermally protected, and turns on precision ball bearings. This is no "hobby" machine!
The bowl and base are constructed of 7/32" thick injection molded high-strength polypropylene which is impact and abrasion resistant.

CM-2000 Case/Media Separator is large, 25,4 x 35,5 cm and will hold more than 1,600 .38 Special cases. It sits on a large media collection tub that measures 45,7 x 55,9 cm. The tub keeps the mess off the floor and bench. It's fast -- so fast it will remove media from 1500 rounds of .223 brass in a matter of seconds.

Dillon's CV-750 Vibratory Case Cleaner is perfect for reloaders with limited space. CV-750 bowl is 12" across, the unit is 12" tall. Capacity of 500 pieces of 45ACP or 38/357, or about 200 pieces of 30-06 brass. All the electrical/electronic components of Dillon equipment are covered by a one-year warranty from date of purchase. This unit is designed for dry media only.  Use of water or wet media will void the warranty.

Some people mark brass to keep up with how many times it has been fired and some people mark their brass so they can later identify brass ownership. We designed Brass Stencils that are specially designed for marking ammo. This stencil is fully compatible with our 100 rnd case gauge. Each stencil set comes with 1 colour marker. You can use any permanent marker that only leaves thin layer if color and does not leave any coat of lacquer that may reduce firearm reliability. Brass Stencils are made from stainless steel and are quick to assemble and easy to apply, the solvent resistant plates can be used again and again.
