A common question we hear is “Can I use the Bullet Feeder on my 550?” Or “Can I use the Bullet Feeder and still continue to use my powder check on my 650?”.

Such Seating and Crimping dies are available, and so we decided it was time we made them directly available to our customers as well. LEE Precision produces these, so no question about the quality. 

The 2-in-1 Seating and crimping die include an O-ring lock machined into the nut, which allows you to hand tighten only – and the die stays put! They include a finger adjustable floating bullet seater. For durability they are heat treated to ideal hardness and polished to the smoothest finish.

Until now, reusing military brass, with its crimped primer pockets, has been a tedious task. The Dillon solution is a remarkably simple device that bolts to your bench and allows you to swage the primer pockets with speed and ease. The case is supported from the inside, so you won't be tearing the rims off the brass. A tool steel, hardened swage rod (easy to change from large to small primers) simply rolls the crimp away. No reaming is necessary. Our unique compound cam leverage system assures not only ease of operation, but perfect alignment with each and every round. Sound simple? It is and it works. What's more, it's inexpensive. The Super Swage 600 comes with large and small swage rods, .22 and .30 caliber backup rods, and a 45ACP adapter. 

Square Deal B Caliber Conversions allow you to change from one caliber to another in minutes.  Caliber conversions are available for common straight walled handgun and carbine cartridges from 32 S&W Long through 45 Colt.

The DAA Bullet Puller is a must-have for serious reloaders. This tool takes all the hassle out of separating your used cases from the bullet and powder. The tool itself is formed from high-quality plastic with an aluminum rod to ensure many years of durable performance.

The DAA Bullet Puller can be used for ammunition of all sizes ranging from .17 Remington to .50/70 Government cases. This tool comes with an extra set of three collets, should the originals happen to break. The tool itself is virtually indestructible and makes quick work of disassembling your ammunition for reloading.

Primer cam Index Stop Switch for Dillon Precision XL650 and SL900 Progressive Reloading Press. The switch moves to turn ON and OFF the index by bypassing the indexing lever on the primer feed assembly.

A replacement threaded die body for your Mr.Bulletfeeder by DAA Dropper. This threaded body is compatible with all calibers.

Stop switch enables you to lock the case feed shuttle back to prevent cases from feeding into the shell plate when cycling the press. Easy installation. Just screw with two original bolts. Built in hinge made for super easy usage, cycle machine to down position and enable stop switch. Built in bulge that locks switch in case ON position.  Great for clearing the shell plate, maintenance, setup, or any time you don’t want cases to feed.  Made from high quality steel. This product is suitable for Dillon 1050 only.

DAA XL650/750 Debris-Out Casefeeder Adaptor, which replaces the original Dillon case feeder adaptor on your press, the slots cut in the pipe allow the debris to fall out the sides onto the small collection tray and the chances of a jam-up are greatly reduced.

Some Mr.BulletFeeder users have asked for the option to extend the output feed spring, to allow them to position the collator further away, or perhaps position one collator between two presses and use it to alternately feed each machine.

To meet this request we are pleased to offer the output springs and a screw-on adaptor cap which will allow you to attach to your current spring and extend it up to another 38cm.

 Two sizes are available. The Small (10mm inner diameter) matches the springs used with the rifle caliber machines and the large size (12mm inner diameter) as shipped with the pistol calibers.

 Note that some “do it yourself” supports for the spring will be needed to prevent it sagging under the weight of the bullets. You do need to keep the tube running downwards and prevent bullets from “pooling” in a sagging loop.

The Dropper Assembly is needed for shooters who wish to set up a second tool-head in the same caliber, and wish to quickly transition from, say, 9mm to .38super. Or from one 9mm bullet to another. A change is needed to the collator parts, and if a 2nd tool-head is to be used on the progressive reloader, it is quicker and easier to leave an adjusted Mr.Bulletfeeder dropper on each tool-head. This allows for quick swapovers, without the need to calibrate or adjust the dropper. Note that in most cases you will need to purchase an additional Powder Funnel for your second tool-head’s powder measure, as our expanding powder funnel is required for troublefree reloading.

The 2018 Hanger Assembly for the Mr.Bulletfeeder by DAA ships as standard with all new units leaving DAA as of Jan 2018.

Should you wish to upgrade your current hanger assembly (the one with the round Delrin pucks and aluminum rods) you can do so by purchasing this new hanger separately. It is reverse-compatible with all previous Mr.Bulletfeeder by DAA units.

The new hanger is a simplified design, which makes assembly and adjustments to the tilt angle easier and faster to make. The Horizontal aluminum bracket clamps directly onto the motor gear box, allowing for easy assembly on either the left or the right side of the collator, to accommodate your specific position mounting needs.

The vertical piece hangs over the side of your case feeder, and connects to the horizontal bracket by means of a large M8 bolt, which can be loosened and rotated for tilt adjustments.

Sturdy attachment to the collator, a simplified design with fewer parts, thick aluminum profiles and way fewer screws make this hanger simpler and easier to setup and adjust.

Note: Machine NOT included - only Hanger.

he DAA Output Chute can be attached to any reloading press, hanging onto the same bracket which usually holds the Akro-Bin, and replacing it.

The long, 120cm (4ft) feed spring enables you to run the ammo down to a container on the floor, sparing you the need to empty that bin as you reload, and uncluttering your reloading press.

A characteristic of virtually all progressive reloading machines, regardless of brand, is that the dies are set rather close together. When you are first setting up a "naked" machine, there is plenty of wrench room, but if you have a need to adjust a die afterward, it often requires a delicate touch to maneuver a lock ring on a crowded toolhead. 
Dillon Precision has addressed this in two ways. We now offer new 1" die lock rings and a 1" Bench Wrench to fit them. This combination gives much more room to re-adjust dies after they're already mounted. The opposite end of our new wrench is a 7/16" box-end for adjusting the Powder Bar of any Dillon Powder Measure. Our new lock rings fit any standard 7/8" x 14 dies.

The Dillon Precision Universal Decapping Die is a standard 7/8"-14 die with a solid, hardened steel, decapping pin in an unlined steel die body.  The Universal Decapping Die allows you to remove spent primers without any resizing of the brass. 

• Works with all standard pistol and rifle cartridge sizes from 22 through 45. 
• Allows you to remove spent primers prior to trimming with our RT1500 Electric Case Trimmer.
• The Universal Decapping die allows brass to be deprimed prior to cleaning when processing brass.  Cleaner primer pockets help to maintain consistent primer seating depth and ignition.
